Scheduled for a quote. Called me the day before to move time from morning to afternoon (no problem there); I... rearranged my day to be home for the new time. Scheduled appointment time came and went and nobody turned up or called to advise they couldn’t make it. Called number and got voicemail, advised that I had an appointment and nobody showed up.
