I had Josh, Rocky and Harry complete some arborist work at my property and they did an exceptional job from start to finish. They were easy to communicate with, professional, and left the entire area neat and tidy once the work was done.

They also handled a very difficult situation with my disgruntled neighbour with absolute professionalism. They were yelled at and spoken to aggressively without being given a chance to explain themselves, yet they stayed calm, respectful and continued with their work. Despite the behaviour directed at them, they remained cooperative and were more than happy to move their work vehicles whenever asked politely and did so quickly.

I’m extremely impressed with their workmanship, attitude and the way they conduct themselves. I highly recommend this team

Unprofessional & rude: When working for neighbours they Blocked off the only access to my house, i could not even walk in my gate. No notice that they were cutting off my access to my house for a day and a half at all. When I told them I need my gate clear please, they were extremely rude and highly unprofessional and still haven’t moved their vehicles. No respect at all for neighbours or the community:

Highly recommend Tree Culture. Trustworthy and responsive. Josh was very patient with our questions and very invested in the process of a good outcome for our job. The crew on the day were lovely and tidy being mindful of neighbours etc. this is our second booking with Tree Culture and we will use them again. A local family business with good old fashioned personal service.

Couldn't recommend Tree Culture highly enough. Harry and Raf were fantastic from start to finish while being friendly, professional, and clearly pros. Dario was also excellent at dealing with strata to arrange access requirements and timings with neighbours.

They got through the job far quicker than I expected, and did it all in a tight space with branches overhanging a neighbouring roof without any fuss. You could tell they've done this a thousand times. They were incredibly confident even with limited access and obstacles to work around.

Top it off that they were easy to chat with, happy to explain what they were doing and left the place spotless. If you need tree work done, especially in a tricky spot, give Tree Culture a call.

Had The Tree Culture guys out today. What a fantastic job these guys did! Pruned and removed old branches from a large Elm and Oak, trimmed fence lines cleaned up all broken branches and these guys executed it like champs. It looks amazing now!
Highly recommend, for anyone looking for any garden maintenance, to give them a call.

Exceptional service and quality work. Dario is so professional and amazing to deal with. The quote from their Arborist was detailed with background and suggestions regarding our silver birch and magnolia trees. The Arborists / team on site were polite, efficient, knowledgeable and such a pleasure to have around. They cleaned up so well. Their prices are more than reasonable and their service next level. Truly cannot find a bad word to say about this company. Would use them again without hesitation.

I used this company several years ago and on that basis I chose them again for a complex job with trees overhanging a neighbour’s roof. The skill and professionalism of these people is exceptional. Impressive to watch large branches being winched so that they drop in a safe place. The guys are friendly and the space was way tidier than it was when they started.

Got back to us very quickly, professional, good communication. The tree stumps were near the NbN, gas and electric source and no damage to these areas. Very tidy, I would highly recommend.

Fantastic service. Online quotes are easy - once you load photos. All debris is removed - no mess - and staff keep you informed regarding locking in time.

The work was safe, fast, tidy. Tree Culture dealt seamlessly with our access issues. They offered and left us the mulch from our tree, which will now be recycled into our garden, as well as some lovely souvenir tree slices for curing.

Tree Arborists were fantastic. They worked within a tight access location and removed bamboo that was incredibly hard to remove. They were awesome! Cleaned up and left the site spotless. I can’t recommend them more highly.

I could not be happier with the team from Tree Culture Their quote was accurate, they were punctual, knowledgeable and they were neat and efficient. I have a bigger than average garden for the suburbs which is heavily planted and they damaged nothing. They were so careful! Quote was very reasonable and competitive too. I heartily recommend them.

Josh and crew from tree culture were great. Communication was clear, they worked hard and were friendly and professional. They removed a large tree from my yard and took all the debris (except for some chipped material i requested) with them. Highly recommend.

Very good communications in setting up the work with Tree Culture. They arrived as arranged and all the men were very professional, friendly and efficient. They carried out the work very effectively and cleaned up after. Josh is very knowledgeable and very helpful with his advice and in ensuring the work was carried out to meet our needs. An excellent service and thoroughly recommended.

Had an appointment to meet on site to get a quote. Waited 1.5 hours. No one showed up, no one called, no one returned my multiple calls (x4) - never heard from since. Took the afternoon off work for nothing.

It's not often that the sales patter matches reality! In this case it exceeded it!
Professional manner. skills, accredited team. They all pitched in with a fab attitude. These guys evidently enjoy their job.
A huge job for us and all cleaned up...no mess. Repairs made to a standard better than the original condition. Can you beat that?

These guys are great. Professional from the get go. Great communication re quotes and times. On the day they arrived on time and operated with military precision, the team are very good. At each step I was communicated with and asked for what I wanted and if I was happy. When they finished it was if they weren't here, the backyard was cleaned up really well. We really recommend them !!

The guys at Tree culture were amazing to deal with. Prompt, professional and so very helpful and accommodating when extra information was requested by Bass council. Job was in Philip island to makes matter more interesting for them.

Scheduled for a quote. Called me the day before to move time from morning to afternoon (no problem there); I rearranged my day to be home for the new time. Scheduled appointment time came and went and nobody turned up or called to advise they couldn’t make it. Called number and got voicemail, advised that I had an appointment and nobody showed up. Several days later have not heard from them.
Very disappointing.

Super easy to deal with. I organised a tree removal with them entirely over a couple of emails and the job was done exactly as I'd hoped. Quick turn around. They removed our front garden tree entirely, leaving no sticks or remnants behind. Highly recommend.
